Cancel before day 7, no charge · Keep your own number · Every state and time zone · We set it all up for you
Calls ring out mid-treatment and new clients try the next clinic.
Many people look for a massage in the evening, when nobody's at the desk.
Last-minute cancellations are lost income unless someone re-offers the slot quickly.
Set up in about 48 hours, wherever you are in Australia. You keep your number, your phone and how you work.
A short diversion code sends calls you don't answer to your KookaDesk line. The codes are the same nationwide on Telstra, Optus and Vodafone (see the guide). We connect your email and website form too.
It says up front it's your AI assistant, asks your questions, and only gives the answers and prices you've approved for your area.
You get a text with the job and the customer's preferred times. Reply with a number to confirm – for example Reply 1 for 2pm, 2 for 4pm. The customer gets an SMS confirmation and an email copy goes out for the record. No links to tap; calendar sync is optional.
It doesn't give clinical advice. Serious symptoms get a 000 referral; for general health advice it can mention healthdirect (1800 022 222) or your state's nurse line. It collects only what's needed to book.
Whether a client can claim depends on their fund, their cover and whether your practitioner is recognised by that fund – it's not a state-by-state rule, and it changes. The assistant only states the fund information you've confirmed and always tells clients to check their own cover with their fund.
